These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of Life at 200 Miles an Hour by Frank Cheesman(“the Book”) through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Pre-Orders

Orders placed before launch are pre-orders. Pre-orders ship on September 29, 2026. After launch, orders ship within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation and receipt for every completed order.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are shown at checkout, including applicable shipping and handling. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full card details. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full reversal of any amount charged.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

All Sales Final — No Refunds

Because of the nature of this product, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will, at our sole discretion, arrange a replacement of the damaged item.

The Book and all content on this website are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
