The chaos you're experiencing on the outside is almost always a reflection of something unresolved on the inside.

About the Book

An honest conversation, not a lecture from a podium.

Some people are running toward success. Others are running from pain. From the outside, they can look exactly the same. Achievement can hide anxiety. Productivity can conceal brokenness. And a busy life can become the perfect disguise for a wounded heart.

In Life at 200 Miles an Hour, Frank Cheesman invites readers into an honest conversation about childhood trauma, identity, marriage, faith, healing, and God's relentless pursuit of the brokenhearted. With remarkable vulnerability and biblical wisdom, he offers a roadmap from survival to restoration.

Inside these pages, you’ll learn:

  • Why your past may still be shaping your present
  • How trauma silently influences relationships and decision-making
  • Biblical principles for finding genuine emotional and spiritual healing
  • Practical ways to confront pain instead of avoiding it
  • How God can redeem even the darkest chapters of your story

Your past may explain you, but it never has to define you.

Praise for the Book

Frank Cheesman has written the kind of book that doesn't speak at people from a distance, it sits down beside them in the middle of the wreckage and reminds them they are still deeply loved. Life at 200 Miles an Hour is raw, honest, compassionate, and profoundly human. Frank writes with the tenderness of someone who has walked through the fire and discovered God was already there in it. That is the heartbeat of grace. That is the beginning of healing.

Frank Cheesman

Founder & Pastor, Men of God Ministries

Frank is the founder and pastor of Men of God Ministries, a global outreach preaching the gospel, feeding orphans, and delivering medications and wheelchairs worldwide. Based in Edmond, Oklahoma, he teaches fatherhood through COPE Family Support and consults in batterer intervention.

A survivor of childhood trauma, abuse, and life-altering physical setbacks, Frank's darkest moment became his greatest turning point when God spoke audibly and changed everything.

Married eight years to Leann, a clinical social worker whose wisdom helped him unpack and heal from decades of pain, Frank writes not from a pulpit, but from the floor where God first found him.
